This is Gunner and he's a forest Giant from Sweden. His human form is shorter than his 'true' form(but still at least 6'3")... i'll have to add a size comparison in the next sketch dump i do of him x'D
And when they get older their horns/antlers become beard holders. Yep. Their skin also gets darker as they age, this also shows in their human forms too. When they die their skin is almost completely black, this also happens if one is sick or injured and about to die. They also lose their main eyesight and have to start using the other eyes to see, which take maybe 50 years to get used to. So there's a point in a giant's life when they're kinda wandering about with really bad eyesight and many die at that point because they get hunted down since they're at their most vulnerable time. So, these giants are hunted? Yes, when they lose their eyesight, the rest of their body is at peak... as in their hair is softest and antlers have reached full maturity. They're hunted for their fur, teeth, antlers (which are very popular because of the goldish color) tails, and their eyes. The eyes and antlers are probably the most valuable parts though. The other time hunters target them (well i guess only the leader in this situation) is when the leader is about to die. A leader's antlers continue to grow until their death so if one lives particularly long then it's gonna have a beastin' rack. Plus their antlers get entwined into a crown like formation so that's extremely rare and expensive. Wow a lot of info here... kudos to you if you read this all.

So Gunner's past is your typical Tarzan story with some changes. Basically he's the prince/leader's son and normally the clan of giants stay away from humans. When he's young he befriends this human and ends up choosing humans over giants... or at least wants to see them as equals. Then he's banished and at that point he sticks to staying in his human form most of the time. Roleplay wise at this point he enters the Monster School and is staying there to learn stuff and get used to being around more types of people and beings. Eventually much later in his life he teams up with Sylvain to become a monster hunter (though that whole idea is very rough at this point and i need figure it all out)
